    I work with n8n, a solid and flexible automation tool. For really simple cases, other tools are possible. We decide case by case.

  • 02How much does it cost per month?

    The automation itself: no subscription from me. Third-party tools (Bexio, Brevo, etc.): their usual rates. Ongoing support goes through the Hosting & maintenance plan if you need it.

  • 03What if the tool changes its API?

    That's what the Hosting & maintenance plan covers: if Bexio or another tool changes something, I adapt. You don't wake up one morning with everything broken.

  • 04How long to set up?

    1 to 3 weeks for a simple automation. More if complex or if many tools need connecting. Everything is announced at quote stage.

  • 05Can you audit what I'm already doing?

    Yes. We look at your typical day together, identify what can be skipped. Often there are 2-3 obvious quick wins before even coding.
