No budget overrun. If scope changes, we discuss before I code.
If you're here, something on my homepage made you doubt. Good news : I doubt too. Here's what I can tell you about me in 5 minutes.

Four lines. If we don't agree on these, we won't agree anywhere else.
A website has to load before anyone gets impatient. Otherwise it has already lost.
The code I deliver belongs to you. Switch devs tomorrow if you want.
If I disappear, your site still works. Non-negotiable.
I say no when it's no, even when it costs me the project.
My path, in four steps.
I teach myself to code as a kid. First Lua scripts sold, then I run my own game servers. When 50 players complain live, you learn fast.
IT support internship. First real look inside a big group, and at people who need their tools to do their job.
I start my own thing in Geneva. Custom sites and tools for SMEs. No agency, no middle layer : just me writing the code.
In parallel, I'm still doing an internship at the Swiss hosting provider. I see from the inside what keeps the internet up.
We start with a 30-minute call. I write down what I understand, the price and the timeline. You sign off before I touch any code. During the project, you see the progress and you react. At delivery, you get everything : the live site, the code, the access.
I work alone, so I take on few projects at a time. If you need a team of ten, or a reply within the minute at 3am, I'm not the right fit. I'll tell you on the call, rather than six months too late.
No budget overrun. If scope changes, we discuss before I code.
Everything belongs to you. You can switch developers tomorrow. No lock-in to my services.
Bug fixes, monitoring, managed hosting. Included in the project price. After that, a clear plan at CHF 800/year if you want it.
No ticket in a CRM. You message me on WhatsApp or email, I read it and I reply.
I didn't disappear after the invoice.

Libyan professional-services firm. Their portfolio speaks for itself : Siemens, Halliburton, Equinor.
Bilingual site, around twenty pages. Since delivery, I'm still the one maintaining it. Not a subcontractor, not a bot : me.
Visit the site30 minutes on a call. No slides, no empty promises. We see if we're a fit, and if yes, we continue.
