01What if the tool ends up a gadget nobody uses?
That's what step 1 removes. We scope the real task to solve before coding. You approve the direction before I write a line. If it won't help, we don't build it.
02Can the price climb along the way?
No. The price is fixed in the quote, before we start. That's what you pay, not a franc more. If I underestimated the planned work, the gap is on me.
03Won't I become dependent on you?
No. The code is delivered on GitHub, it's yours. Any developer can take over. You're never stuck with one single person.
04Do I pay before seeing the tool work?
You pay the balance the day the tool is live and working. Not before. Until it does the approved job, I don't call it delivered.
05And after that, what does it cost me monthly?
Nothing as a subscription from me. Three months of maintenance are included at delivery. Then the Hosting & maintenance plan if you want it: CHF 800/year. Otherwise the tool just runs, it's yours.
