On the method, in detail.
How many design rounds?
Three rounds included at design stage. If you want more, we bill hourly transparently. In 90% of cases, three is more than enough.
Can I change my mind along the way?
Yes. As long as it's a minor change (text, color, section order), it's included. If it's a multi-page rework, we talk and I propose a clear addendum.
What if I'm slow to validate?
The deadline extends by the same duration. I warn you as soon as we go over 5 days without feedback. If we go over 30 days, I invoice for work done so far and we resume later.
Do you work agile or waterfall?
More waterfall for small showcase projects (faster), more agile by milestones for apps (more flexibility). We decide at quote stage based on your project.
What tool to track progress?
A preview link that updates at each milestone, plus a dedicated WhatsApp channel for your project. No Jira, no complicated portal. You see the site come to life.
And after launch?
3 months of maintenance included: bugs fixed, security updates, managed hosting. Beyond that, you can take the Hosting & maintenance plan (CHF 800/year) or handle it yourself.
