    I check which information is needed to prepare the mockup and quote.

  2. The first mockup.

    Once I have your materials, I design a first mockup. During the launch offer, it comes free with the quote.

    5 to 10 business days

  3. Building the website.

    After approval, payment of the deposit and receipt of the necessary materials, I build the website. You have 3 rounds of feedback.

    Then 2 to 4 weeks

  4. Approval and launch.

    You approve the website before it goes live. I hand over the code and access details after full payment.

How I build your website.

  1. Your website starts with a real need.

    Presenting your services, showing your work or receiving enquiries: we choose the priorities together. In this fictional example, a renovation business guides its visitor from the project to the form.

  2. I write your website copy.

    Your services, a few photos and your explanations help me write the copy and organise the pages. You review and approve them.

  3. You see the first mockup.

    During the launch offer, the first mockup comes free with the quote. After your approval, you have 3 rounds of feedback to adjust the copy and design.

  4. Try the website before it goes live.

    A private link lets you explore the pages on your computer and phone. I check links and make sure messages sent through the form are received. You approve the site before it goes live.

  5. Support after launch.

    The first 3 months of hosting and maintenance are included. We check in after 30 days, with a limited copy or form adjustment set out in the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Will I own my website?

Yes. At delivery, after full payment, I hand over the website files, access details and instructions for future work.

Will the domain be registered in my name?

Yes, it is registered in your name or your business’s name. You keep the same address if you change hosting.

Can I develop my website further?

You can add pages or adapt content with me or another developer. The files I hand over let you continue the project on compatible hosting.

What happens if you’re ill or unavailable?

I’ll do everything I can to keep working on your project as long as my health allows. If a prolonged or serious illness prevents me from working, I’ll do what’s needed to hand the project over to a trusted developer as quickly as possible, at my expense.

What if I no longer want to work with you?

I’ll first try to understand what isn’t working for you and what we can improve. If you’d prefer to stop, I respect your decision. Once the completed work is paid for under the terms of the quote, I’ll hand over the code and access details, ready for another developer to take over on compatible hosting. The first mockup included in the launch offer remains free.

How does support work after the 3 included months?

After the 3 included months, support is optional: CHF 80/month or CHF 800/year. Without support, hosting must move elsewhere.
