Information you provide when contacting us
The form collects your name, email, enquiry and any additional information you choose to provide.
Eljadi WORKS uses this information to reply, clarify your project and prepare a proposal if requested. If a contract is concluded, relevant correspondence is used to carry it out and follow it up.
Messages are sent by email. Providers responsible for sending and receiving them may process the information needed for delivery.
Technical browsing information
Visiting the website may involve processing technical information, including your IP address, browser and information needed for security.
This information helps deliver pages, identify certain abuses and protect the form from automated submissions.
Preferences and audience analytics
The website stores your privacy choice in your browser for 180 days.
Without acceptance, including after refusal, closing the banner or its automatic dismissal, PostHog measures visits without cookies or PostHog storage in your browser. PostHog calculates a daily identifier on its servers from technical information, including your IP address and browser. This mode involves no session recording or personal identification.
After acceptance, Google Analytics and PostHog measure browsing and the device used. PostHog uses cookies and records your session: pages viewed, clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, time spent, content entered in fields including the contact form, and technical console and network messages.
If you submit the form after acceptance, your enquiry is linked to this journey with your name, email, company, business activity, current website, project type and message. Optional information is linked only if you provide it.
In the accepted mode, PostHog estimates your country and city from your IP address. The cookieless mode used on this website does not provide this location.
You can withdraw consent through “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Cookieless measurement resumes and the PostHog identifier stored in your browser is forgotten.
Service providers
Eljadi WORKS uses technical providers to deliver the website and handle messages:
- Cloudflare for website delivery and security functions.
- Resend for delivering emails generated by the contact form.
- Infomaniak, in Switzerland, for receiving and handling correspondence in the Eljadi WORKS mailbox.
- Google, when the corresponding audience measurement is enabled.
- PostHog EU, for the audience measurement, recordings and enquiry linking described above, and error reporting. Data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Sentry, when enabled, for reporting browsing errors. The website configuration disables session replay and performance monitoring.
If you choose to contact Eljadi WORKS through WhatsApp or visit LinkedIn, these services also apply their own terms.
Processing outside Switzerland
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Resend states in its policy that it may transfer and process data there. Resend privacy policy.
PostHog EU hosts data in Frankfurt, Germany, outside Switzerland. Cloudflare, Google and Sentry may also process data abroad depending on the services used. Hosting the Infomaniak mailbox in Switzerland does not mean that every processing operation on the website remains in Switzerland. PostHog hosting was checked in its documentation on 24 September 2026.
Retention
Eljadi WORKS keeps correspondence for the time needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, follow up the contract. Retention obligations and the defence of rights may require longer retention.
PostHog’s free plan provides one year of event history and up to 30 days of session recording retention. An expired recording is not always deleted immediately. These periods were checked in PostHog’s documentation on 24 September 2026. Other technical and analytics data follows the retention periods of the services involved.
The privacy choice stored in your browser expires after 180 days.

Your rights
You may request information about your personal data and correction where it is inaccurate. Depending on the applicable legal conditions, you may also request deletion or exercise other rights.

The website uses an HTTPS connection. Eljadi WORKS implements measures appropriate to its processing activities and the associated risks.
