Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the services between Eljadi WORKS (Omar Eljadi) and clients. By using my services, you accept these terms.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all web services offered by Eljadi WORKS: website creation, application development, automation, and maintenance.
2. Services Offered
I offer the following services:
- Custom showcase website creation
- Web application development
- Business process automation
- Maintenance and technical support
3. Quotes and Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days. They detail the services, price, and estimated timeline.
Orders are confirmed by written acceptance of the quote (email or signature) and payment of the agreed deposit.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), excluding VAT (not VAT registered).
Unless otherwise agreed: 50% on order, 50% on delivery. Payment within 30 days.
In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent. Late payment interest of 5% per year may apply.
5. Deadlines
Deadlines in the quote are indicative. I commit to keeping you informed of progress.
Deadlines may be extended if you delay providing necessary elements (content, approvals, access).
6. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, you own the source code and deliverables created specifically for your project.
I reserve the right to mention the project in my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability
I commit to providing quality work and following industry best practices (obligation of means).
My liability is limited to the total project amount. I am not liable for indirect damages.
8. Termination
You may cancel the project at any time. Amounts paid for work already done are non-refundable.
I reserve the right to terminate the project in case of non-payment or inappropriate behavior, after formal notice.
9. Force Majeure
I am not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond my control (natural disasters, major technical failures, etc.).
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
In case of dispute, we will first try to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Geneva will have exclusive jurisdiction.
